Testimonials

Gordon and the team at Massage Weymouth have taken great care of me over the last 2years since I started competing triathlons for GBR at the Age Group level.

I prefer to race 70.3 and long distance triathlons (often referred to as Ironman) and the training for this puts a lot of strain on my 41 year old body. Fitting 15-20hours of swimming/cycling/running per week around work can leave me with stiffness and pain in many areas and they keep me able to train and get me in the best possible shape to race.

They’ve helped me to 5th in AG at the ETU European Long distance Championships in 2015 and a top 10 result (AG) in this year’s ETU European middle distance Championships along with many Age group wins at local races. They’ve also managed to keep me going this year when I have tackled three of the hardest Ironman races in the World; Lanzarote, Wimbleball 70.3 and Wales.

I could not perform to the best of my ability without them.

I have had the pleasure of being a client to Massage Weymouth for the last three years.
In that time Gordon and his friendly team have kept me completely injury free
which has given me the ability to pursue my passion of cycling.

The knowledge Gordon has is second to none but apart from this and this is what I feel really makes the difference, is that Gordon listens to you and really gets to know you as a person.
I never feel that I am just another client; Gordon’s friendly manner makes you feel
very relaxed but also, for that period of time, you are his priority.

When I train or take part in any event, I have never felt uncertain that my performance will be hampered by an injury which is a great feeling to have.
I also have 100% confidence that when I arrive for a treatment with any small niggles, Gordon ensures that they are dealt with and I leave knowing that they will not develop into an injury.

I highly recommend Gordon and his team at Massage Weymouth and would be happy to discuss this further if required.

I met Gordon on my trip to Weymouth as part of The 401 Challenge. Gordon was one of many kind and generous therapists up and down the country to support me with my health needs during the challenge.

The first I noticed about Gordon was his welcoming smile, after what I can only describe as a tough day at the office running up Portland Bill, he made me feel at ease straight away. Visiting Gordon wasn’t as normal as it may sound, having run 50 marathons back to back already Gordon was able to put his expertise to good use and treat me, the person. I think I’m fair in saying I was a unique case, which meant he had to pull on his vast experience and not treat me as if I was just another person, something I can honestly say Gordon is great at!

All the way through my treatment, Gordon made me feel relaxed and in capable hands. I met a lot of therapists throughout my journey around the UK and I can categorically say that Gordon was one of the best, I would wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone that is looking for support, treatment and generally someone that treats in a unique way.

I left feeling amazing, energised for the coming week, thank you Gordon for all your help and support, couldn’t have done the challenge without it!
